Cheesecake recipe: Breakfast ideas - cheesecakes with rye flour

I didn’t pay attention to FCP balance and wasn’t responsible in terms of healthy eating earlier. Now I adjust all recipes according to my needs and I share them with you.

Rye flour is not likely to appeal to everyone, but it is better to get used to rye, than not to eat pancakes, cheesecakes and more. And when there is a useful sweetener (honey, sour cream with a drop of stevia, etc), it turns into a delicious dessert! Sharing a cheesecake recipe!

For those who doesn’t know what FCP is, it’s the ratio of fats, carbohydrates and proteins in our body. In order to stay at healthy weight, you need to control their balance. Each gram of fat contains 9 calories, protein and carbohydrates - 4 kcal.


Ingredients for the cheesecake
  • Rye flour – 25 gr (+ for breading)

  • Cottage cheese – 180 gr

  • Egg – 1

  • Sweetener (optional, I prefer a couple of drops of stevia)


Half ready version of the cheesecakes.
  1. Mix egg and cottage cheese.

  2. Add the flour and some more cottage cheese.

  3. Add the sweetener of your choice and mix.

  4. Form the cakes and dip them in flour.

  5. Fry in a pan (preferably without oil, but if no other options, then just remove the excess with a napkin).

  6. Bring to a golden brown tone.

  7. Healthy and delicious breakfast for two is ready to be served! (Of course, if you do not want to feed your man or a guest with high carbohydrate foods instead).
